Winter Fruit Salad

Serves 8
Calories per serving: 169
10.2g fibre per serving

Ingredients
1 x 400 g/14 oz tin prunes in fruit juice
1 x 400 g/14 oz tin apricots in fruit juice
1 x 400 g/14 oz tin pear halves in fruit juice
1 x 400 g/14 oz tin blackberries in fruit juice

Method
1 Combine the contents of the tins of fruit in a bowl, using only the fruit juice from the prunes.
2 You can refrigerate what you do not use for another meal. Each serving should be about
225 g/8 oz in weight. Serve with low-fat fromage frais, if liked.
