Waldorf Salad

Serves 2
Calories per serving: about 200
4.7g fibre per serving

Ingredients
1 red apple, sliced
2 celery sticks, cut into small strips
20 grapes
12 walnuts
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
lettuce

Method
1 Place all the ingredients except the lettuce in a bowl and mix well.
2 Turn out on to a bed of lettuce and serve.
