High Fibre Recipes

Baked Banana Suzette

Calories per serving: 140 (with fromage frais 190)
3g fibre per serving

Ingredients
2 bananas halved lengthways
Juice of 2 oranges
1 measure Cointreau or Grand Marnier (optional)
2 tablespoons low-fat fromage frais

Method
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6
2 Lay the bananas in a shallow ovenproof dish. Pour over the orange juice and liqueur.
3 Cover the dish tightly with foil. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes
4 Serve with the fromage frais.
